A summer gardens party for the Mini Me!

House of Fraser kindly offered Scarlette £50 to choose a summer garden party look and she chose surprisingly fast for 1 a girl and 2 my daughter! She is obsessed with lace dresses right now so this Yumi one was perfect and this Yumi cardi was made for her with the glasses feature.

So why did Mummy like it? Easily worked well in all seasons and looks pretty cool as well as pretty! Sorted!

Thankyou House of Fraser from Scarlette

History Live with the English Heritage

I've made no secret in my past blog posts on how much I enjoy getting out and about with the kids. If you follow me on instagram (@madamehols) you will see we are pretty busy with days out. Our National Trust and English Heritage memberships have been priceless for us and really come into their own and with the summer holidays starting they will be sure to get even more use!

This Sunday just gone was another event with the EH, this time on a larger scale. Everything history in one big mash up. Give me a cup of coffee, street style food, history and room for the kids to explore and have fun and I am won over. Our absolute highlight has to be the D-Day enactment with Spitfires in the mix. Absolutely amazing. Beats Universal Studios any day. I didn't grab any pics of this as 1) my phone died and 2) I couldn't look away-sometimes the memory in your mind is enough.

On top of the lot of it I got two beaut new necklaces that the man made in front of me once I chose my own stones. Lovely jubbly!

Worlds worst at choosing...

One with my Mummy! (the wind didn't help my hair in this picture!)

Schools Out!

For me this summer holiday will be a tad different as I am juggling working into the mix. Eeek! My baby has left nursery now too so full time school and a 40hr week is looming upon us come September. Can't believe that the three bubbas are growing so fast. Life is changing all the time and the next steps are upon us. How I will keep all the balls juggling in the air I don't know, but it will all be good. Lots of support helps us lots.

Netball also steps up now as my team have entered the league. Absolutely can't wait! Not only am I enjoying staying fit, I am enjoying spending time with a great bunch of girls including my sister in law. Keeping fit hasn't been this fun in a long time!

I am also involved in a couple of projects starting soon, one fun with fashion and one that's incredibly personal but will outreach to help others. Stay tuned!

Baby boy broke up one day earlier than the girls, so I have spent a day off with the little man having fun and being silly mumma!

I will never tire of staring at this little man....

Weekend Attire. Cut Offs, Sliders and White Jeans

I love the weekends. For me it means I can relax and wear what I am most comfortable in. Whilst during the week I stay true to myself, there has to be some reeling in and smartness going on for work. I mentioned that  in a previous blog post that white Topshop Joni Jeans were high on my list of wants and I finally got some. Whoop!

Saturday Attire- Lightweight Parka, checked Topshop shirt and ripped up River Island cut offs. Predictably worn with my fave boots right now- Topshop Monti2

Sunday- Coffee-naturally! Tophop biker jacket, Joni Jeans and lion Topshop Tshirt. Office Sliders.
